We begin to clench and clench even tighter on our wombs creating an energetic blockage and a whirlwind of pain.

Once we as women begin to relax and release those strong negative holds. Beautiful things begin to flow. We initiate our healing, and we start to embrace our latent yoni powers.

Our womb is directly connected to the sacral chakra. Healing the sacral chakra brings forth a multitude of benefits for our well-being and overall sense of harmony. Located in the lower abdomen, the sacral chakra governs our emotions, creativity, and sexual energy. When this chakra is balanced and healed, we experience a deep connection with our own emotions, allowing us to express ourselves authentically and engage in healthy relationships.

It enhances our creativity and passion, providing a channel for our innate talents

and inspiring innovation in various aspects of our lives. Healing the sacral chakra also revitalizes our sexual energy, promoting a healthy and vibrant sexuality that fuels intimacy and pleasure.

By restoring balance to this energy center, we can harness the transformative power of the sacral chakra to experience a greater sense of joy, sensuality, and emotional well-being.

So if you are ready to relax, relate, and release your wombs from unnecessary chaotic stress.

Follow along with these 5 simple breaths to a happier yoni.
